555er Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 555er platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "555er") and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "you").

555er is an online betting and casino platform that provides Bangladeshi users with cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, live casino and a variety of other entertainment services.

By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

555er reserves the right to modify, amend or cancel these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be deemed as your automatic acceptance of those changes.

To open an account and use the services on 555er, the following conditions must be met:

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

555er may request the following documents at any time to verify your identity:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay screenshot)

If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount on 555er is ৳200 for each method. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. You must deposit from an account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawal is not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held until an investigation is concluded.
• We are not responsible for withdrawals rejected due to incorrect information.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

555er strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities and may suspend the account if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus is applicable only once and is available on one account per member.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses may only be used on specified games — please refer to the details of each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period; expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• 555er reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 555er may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.3 VIP Program

Active members can enjoy additional benefits through our VIP program. There are four VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Members can advance to higher levels based on sufficient gaming activity.

6.1 General Betting Policy

The following general rules apply to betting on 555er:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 555er reserves the right to void or correct that bet.
• Any bet found to be related to match fixing or other illegal activity will be considered void.
• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of placing a bet.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Specific category rules will apply for betting on cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup or any other tournament. If an event does not take place or is not completed under the designated rules, the relevant bets may be cancelled or reconsidered.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, fishing games and live casino games have their own rules which are displayed during gameplay. In the event of a disconnection, the server record of the relevant game will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555er platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account under another person's name or with a false identity.
• Bonus abuse — using the same bonus across different accounts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Collusion — cheating or coordinating bets with other members.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above activities are detected, 555er reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Closure by 555er

555er may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Court order or directive from an authority.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed, however bonus balances will be forfeited. A Self-Exclusion request may also be made as part of responsible gaming.

555er bears no responsibility for the following:

• Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delayed transactions caused by third-party technical issues.
• Losses arising from a security breach of your device or account.
• Force Majeure events — natural disasters, war, government prohibitions, etc.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions — betting is entirely your own decision and at your own risk.
